International Youth Day (IYD) is celebrated annually on 12 August to bring youth issues to the forefront of the international community, celebrating the potential of youth as partners in today’s global society.
Our 2024 theme, highlights the role of young people in driving sustainable development and fostering environmental stewardship.
“Youth Empowerment for a Sustainable Future”
The campaign will use the hashtags #YouthDay and #Youth4Sustainability to spread awareness and encourage youth participation in global conversations.
This year, we aim to emphasize the importance of young people owning the health agenda, particularly in the fight against malaria.
The RBM Partnership together with its partnes this year, unlike previously, will have a one-month campaign from “clicks to progress” to commemorate International Youth Day. We will have three activities.
